Nigel Winterburn : Arsenal Must Buy More Players!


Arsenal legend Nigel Winterburn feels new signings can persuade Robin van Persie to stay.

The Dutch ace has already welcomed the arrival of Lukas Podolski from FC Cologne.

Winterburn told talkSPORT: “Arsenal have got to bring some stronger players into the football club with more quality, you hope, to help them out next season.

“Podolski is the first one, there have got to be three or four more to come with that and maybe that might persuade van Persie to stay but I think it’s going to be a long summer, again, for Arsenal .”
