David Moyes Hails The Impact Of Landon Donovan

Everton boss David Moyes has been delighted with the impact of loan signing Landon Donovan.

Moyes was full of praise for the American’s influence on the team.

“I thought Landon started quite well,” he told evertonfc.com.

“I thought he was our best player in a couple of games. I actually didn’t think he played quite as well in midweek.

“I thought he made the two goals but his all-round performance could have been better. But overall he’s done really well for us. He’s been great, he’s come in and he’s hit the ground running which was what we needed. You wouldn’t know he was just someone that was here on a short loan.”
