Emmanuel Adebayor’s Real Madrid Debut – Video
Emmanuel Adebayor made his first ever appearance for Real Madrid in their 1-0 loss to lowly Osasuna.
The Manchester City striker who is currently on loan at Real was brought on as a substitute in the 64th minute to replace Argentine winger Angel Di Maria.
The Togo international was given 30 minutes to rescue the game for Real and Adebayor immediately brought a change to the game but could not prevent Real from losing the match.
The 26 year old managed to link up well with his new team mates and the signs look good for Real Madrid.
Real’s second defeat of the season left them second on 51 points from 21 games, behind Barca with 58 after the champions won their 15th consecutive match 3-0 at Hercules on Saturday.
