Higuain Reject New Contract Offer From Real Madrid
Spanish League news are out and it has been reported that Gonzalo Higuain has rejected a new contract offer from Real Madrid.
Local newspapers have reported that Real Madrid are struggling to find an agreement with Higuain over a new deal.
It is believed that Higuain, through his representatives, rejected Real’s first offer about a month ago.
The in form striker is contracted with Real Madrid until 2012 and it is believed that the Spanish giants want to extend that to 2015.
The Argentine international striker is Real Madrid’s top scorer, but remains the lowest paid of the club’s senior players on €1.5 million-a-year.
