Atalanta Set To Sign Sevilla Striker Javier Chevanton

Interesting news are out and it has been reported that Sevilla striker Javier Chevanton is set to return to Italy.

It has been reported that Italian side Atalanta are in advanced talks to sign the Uruguay international ahead of the January market.

Stories in the peninsula on Friday claim that Atalanta President Alessandro Ruggeri and sporting director Carlo Osti flew to Spain this week for talks and they seem to have got their man.

Chevanton, now age 26, will arrive on loan from Sevilla with the option to buy outright at the end of the campaign for around £5m.
