David Beckham Nursing Injury Heading Into MLS Cup Final

LA Galaxy superstar midfielder David Beckham might be under an injury cloud heading into this weekend’s MLS Cup final against Real Salt Lake.

The England international midfielder was photographed by reporters, out and about with his children wearing a ‘moon’ boot, a protective device generally used for ankle or foot injuries.

It may only be used for precautionary measures but nevertheless, the fact he was in the boot just four days before the final give some cause for concern.

The ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid star has been a major factor in the Galaxy’s winning path through to the final and will be sorely missed if for whatever reason he does not get up for the game.
