Pepe Hopes To Meet Javier Casquero Once Again

Real Madrid defender Pepe insists that he did not get a chance to talk to Getafe midfielder Javier Casquero after the match on Saturday.

Pepe was handed a huge ban for his extreme show of aggression last season against Getafe, which included kicking Casquero while he was on the ground.

Getafe coach Michel kept his midfielder on the bench for Saturday’s 2-0 defeat, but Pepe says he did not get a chance to speak with him, even in the player’s tunnel.

Pepe told reporters that he did not see Casquero and that he did not have the opportunity to greet him. However Pepe said that he will definitely greet the midfielder when he sees him.

On last week’s Copa defeat to Alcorcon, Pepe said that the players are human beings and the defeat affected the players a lot last week and that the loss was something that has unsettled Real Madrid.
