After a relationship with rapper Stomy Bugsy, she married international football player Claude Makélélé of Paris Saint-Germain. They have a son named Kelyan Makélélé who was born on 2 February 2005. The couple split in early 2009. She is currently dating hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons.
