Petr Cech Believes Chelsea Will Get Busy In The Transfer Market
It has been revealed that Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech is relaxed over a relatively quiet summer on the transfer front at Stamford Bridge so far.
This is because Cech is confident that there will be arrivals, and departures, once new boss Carlo Ancelotti has assessed the requirements of last season’s FA Cup winners.
The Czech Republic international goalkeeper told reporters that the squad always needs one, two or three new players but a lot depends on the coach’s ideas. He added that Chelsea have a new coach who will want to learn about the team before looking for some new signings.
Cech also added that he thinks that it is too early for new signings as the team is going to spend one week training in London and then leave for the United States on a 10-day tour and therefore there is still plenty of time and space for new signings to be made.
Cech confidently said that he is sure that new faces will join the club as well as some leaving the club and said that Chelsea will get the business done.
Cech has also confirmed he will continue to wear his protective headgear next season saying that there has been no progress and the doctors recommend him to continue using it and so he will be playing with it in the new season.
