Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes linked with Man Utd
Interesting transfer news are out and it has been reported that English champions Manchester United are being linked with a shock Bosman deal for Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes.
It has been reported that Valdes has so far priced himself out of a new contract agreement with Barcelona after over a year of negotiations.
It is believed that the keeper’s current deal expires in 2010 and local newspapers have reported that there is fear inside the Barca camp that United have already made a bumper contract offer to Valdes for season 2010/11.
It is believed that Valdes is refusing to commit to Barcelona unless they match his staggering £8 million-a-year contract demands.
